Return Policy

Please Note: All orders are custom orders. We do not stock prints, gallery metal or gallery glass displays. When you order, your order is made, built and LCLE numbered specifically for you. We do not automatically except returns, all sales are subject to be final. We want all customers to be happy and we deeply care about that. We simply don't have the storage room and absorbing the cost of the source manufacturing of the premium prints and high end gallery displays is not sustainable for us, as a small company. If a rare event occurs we will be willing to discuss the issue with you to resolve. However, this has not happened to date and in fact all of our customers are proud owners of our amazingly beautiful displays.

If your display is not damaged by shipping, but you see a manufacturing production defect in the print or display. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. An example of this would be...if you see an air-bubble in the gallery glass that went unnoticed by our QC team. Your print or display will be replaced upon receipt of the defective item to us.

If your print/display arrives damaged during shipping (and if you can show that it was damaged before arrival), we will replace it upon receipt of the damaged print/display back to us.

Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your item to report any damage.

If you manage to damage your print/display after delivery, we will offer a replacement at a significantly reduced cost. Once the LCLE number is returned to us. We will reissue the same LCLE number of/on your original order.
